South Redondo is having its moment. As Manhattan Beach and Hermosa have priced out the families who give beach towns their life, the neighborhoods south of the pier — walkable, sandy, still human-scaled — are where those families are landing. The housing stock here is original: hundred-year-old cottages that need everything done, and deserve to have it done well. This one, built in 1920, kept its craftsman face — the porch, the pitch, the picket fence — and got an entirely new life behind it.
Behind the 1920 face is a 2026 house: new systems throughout, a full kitchen, baths detailed with the same care we bring to an oceanfront estate — because 952 square feet is not an excuse, it’s a discipline. Small homes forgive nothing; every line shows.
